    Fashion collaboration, engineered for scale

    Four drops, 30 order lines and 13,784 units across jersey, fleece, nylon outerwear and embroidered bombers, delivered for two football collaborations.

    The challenge: Four drops for two football collaborations, delivered inside three weeks across cotton jersey, heavyweight fleece, technical nylon and embroidered bombers.

    30 order lines and 13,784 units produced across four dated drops between 26 March and 14 April 2026.

    A single-style programme at volume

    One hooded track jacket, 2,500 units and one delivery date, with sublimation, fit and fabric resolved before bulk production began.

    The challenge: One style carrying the full order, with no second product to absorb a delay if the sublimation, fit or fabric failed during production.

    2,500 units of a single style produced to one delivery date on 3 May 2026.

    Fifteen order lines and 7,350 units across apparel, headwear, socks and accessories, held together by one label, trim and colour system.
